Chiropractic

Chiropractors focus on problems associated with the muscular, nervous and skeletal systems, mainly focusing on the spine and joints. The term "Chiropractic" comes from the Greek words: "kiro"; meaning hand, and "pracktikos"; meaning practice. Our Chiropractors may use spinal manipulation, mobilization, and acupuncture within their treatment plan.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body. The main focus is on the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints, having an effect on the nervous and circulatory system.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a drug-free health care profession, which focuses on and promotes wellness, mobility and independent function. Physiotherapy treatment can include soft tissue release, Active Release Therapy (ART), Graston technique, or modalities (ultrasound, laser, etc.), along with an exercise program.

Acupuncture

The practice of inserting needles into the body to reduce pain or induce anesthesia. More broadly, acupuncture is a family of procedures involving the stimulation of anatomical locations on or in the skin by a variety of techniques. Among the conditions for which acupuncture has been found to be useful is headache.

Chiropody Services

Chiropody is a branch of medical science that involves the assessment and management of foot and lower limb disorders. Our Chiropodist offers a number of treatments for callouses, ingrown toenails, warts, etc. He also does custom made foot orthotics.
